2023: Enterprise Cloud Launch
Belagroprombank launched its own corporate "cloud" for video communication and collaboration based on TrueConf Enterprise to unite employees from 250 branches in Belarus. On its basis, a republican video banking system was also launched for remote interaction with citizens in 58 branches around the country. TrueConf (Trukonf) announced this on December 18, 2023.
Belagroprombank is one of the commercial banks of Belarus, serving more than 25 thousand enterprises and organizations, as well as about 2 million individuals, with a network of over 250 service points throughout the republic.
The development of banking financial industries and in general occurs together with the improvement of quality, remote customer service which leads to an increase in demand for video banking services around the world. According to QY Research analysts, the global video banking market will grow by an average of 14.2% until 2029. A similar estimate was presented by analysts at Maximize Market Research - 16.21% of annual growth.
Taking into account the trends, Belagroprombank decided to conduct global digitalization in order to transfer employees to a single platform for internal and external communications, to increase the quality and speed of customer service in the Republic of Belarus. Taking into account the requirements for information protection, data storage in the internal circuit, operability and independence from external factors, as well as integration with telephony and the bank's existing IT infrastructure, the Russian platform of large-scale communications TrueConf Enterprise was chosen.
TrueConf Enterprise became the core of the VKS infrastructure and made it possible to combine 7 autonomous VKS segments of TrueConf Server in different regions of the country. The solution is used for corporate communication, solving work issues, prompt decision-making and training of employees, as well as for communication with external users - representatives of other organizations, financial agencies, partners and investors of the bank.
For remote consulting of citizens in 58 branches of the bank in the country, special VKS-ATMs were installed. These are hardware and software complexes based on the open source TrueConf Kiosk application, which is used to customize VKS in areas where digitalization of customer service is required.
TrueConf Kiosk allows you to organize 4K video consultations in real time, display documents and images, as well as carry out branding in accordance with the corporate style of the bank.
The points for virtual banking established by Belagroprombank made it possible to establish interaction with geographically remote citizens, as well as to distribute the burden on consultants and managers of the bank and abandon personal contact in favor of secure online sessions.
TrueConf Enterprise, which became the core of the bank's VKS infrastructure, was integrated with the corporate telephony service. When citizens use VKS ATMs, calls are received by employees' work and mobile devices, and a smart queue distributes calls between free bank operators.
In addition to the communications network, IT the department also decided to modernize the meeting rooms of the central office of Belagroprombank. The organization of the VKS required an easy-to-install and use solution that would allow you to use the previously purchased audio and video series. ON As for the meeting rooms, a software terminal was chosen that TrueConf Room allows you to turn any PC OS Windows with or Linux into a full-fledged solution for VKS.
Bank employees are in a single address space on the TrueConf platform - this allows colleagues from different branches to fully interact with each other, search for subscribers of other servers, view information about them, add them to the address book, communicate in video call and group videoconference mode, as well as exchange messages in chat.
