Beltel constructed low-current infrastructure of two new hotels of the ibis family

The system integrator Beltel announced on August 24, 2017 end of the large-scale project on construction of a complex of engineering, telecommunication and multimedia infrastructure of hotels ibis Moscow Oktyabrskoye Pole and ibis Budget Panfilovskaya.

ibis Moscow Oktyabrskoye Pole on 240 numbers and ibis Budget Panfilovskaya on 114 numbers are open in Moscow in June, 2017. Both hotels are under control of hotel operator AccorHotels.

Contractor Selection

By the time of the choice of the contractor Beltel had considerable experience of projects implementation for hotels of Accor network and conformed to all requirements imposed to the system integrator of this project.

Project Progress

At the first stage the company executed design of all complex of the low-current systems of ibis Moscow Oktyabrskoye Pole and ibis Budget Panfilovskaya hotels.

Within the second stage Beltel constructed the SCS and telecommunication infrastructure including covered the guest zones Wi-fi, implemented CATV systems (CATV), Digital Signage, the systems of scoring of public zones, security television (SOT), multimedia equipment of conference rooms, the automatic fire warning (AFW), the system of gas suppression for the server premises and the premises electropanel board, notifications and managements of evacuation of people at the fire (SOUE), control and management systems for access (ACS), the security alarm (SA) and also the automation system and scheduling of the engineering systems of the building (BMS), the lighting automation (LA), the system of a video projection in a zone the reception and also equipped guest rooms for the handicapped groups of the population (HGP) in ibis Moscow Oktyabrskoye Pole hotel.

In the nearby hotel ibis Budget Panfilovskaya the company implemented systems: CELLS, LAN (local computer network), automatic telephone exchange, CATV, Wi-Fi.

Feature of the project was the fact that a part of the constructed infrastructure provides requirements of both hotels that allows to optimize operating costs. The constructed infrastructure meets all requirements of the customer and allows to provide to guests of hotels optimal conditions for rest and holding business actions, specified in Beltel company.

Low-current infrastructure is hidden from eyes of our guests, however the slightest failures in its work can affect their comfort and security. For this reason we pay huge attention to the choice of contractors and observance of high standards of the international hotel chain AccorHotels.
