Content

On April 7, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced creation of an information system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for the organization of work of Cafe of Studio of Artemy Lebedev.

Project Tasks

When choosing a system the customer relied on requirements:

  • speed and ease of work,
  • accuracy of data,
  • remote monitoring of objects,
  • existence of the universal reporting,
  • possibility of modeling of a system.

It was required to obtain daily data on sales from each point located in Moscow and in St. Petersburg, to manage drawing up the menu and process charts, to control write-offs of products in production according to process charts.

Ulyana Imkhovik, the accountant of Cafe of Studio of Artemy Lebedev, told:
  • The front office program was selected for convenience of the interface, work speed, ease of management of the menu. The back office program attracted with great opportunities to the analysis, ease of integration into already used "1C: Accounting" and data processing rate. Implement programs invited developer - 1C-Rarus, capable to help with the solution of the most difficult questions and providing expert support.

Project Progress

The network implemented an information system on the basis of the Restart programs and "1C-Rarus: Management of restaurant" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

The 1C-Rarus integrator set software on jobs of cashiers, waiters, bartenders, administrators in the Moscow and St. Petersburg Cafes of Studio of Artemy Lebedev. In a system work of staff of head office is organized: accountants, production manager, technologists, storekeepers.

16 jobs are automated.

Project Results

A system allowed to exchange data with Cafe of Studio of Artemy Lebedev and to manage remote objects from head office.

A system integrated remote objects in Moscow and St. Petersburg and head office, helped to reduce runtime of each order by 3-5 minutes. The management on a centralized basis manages network of cafe.
