2025: Transition to BPMSoft
Change Trade completed the transition to a CRM system based on the low-code BPMSoft platform (developed by BPMSoft). The project was implemented by the Onellect team. The solution has significantly improved sales and marketing management processes. BPMSoft announced this on April 1, 2025.
After analyzing the client platforms available on the domestic market, the company chose BPMSoft as the most effective solution. The key criteria were fast data transfer, flexible automation tools and a convenient interface. The transition to this system made it possible to eliminate the vulnerabilities of the previous software and provide support for the current versions of the development language.
As part of the project, the modules "BPMSoft Marketing Management" and "BPMSoft Sales Management" were introduced. The decision increased the transparency of interaction between departments, accelerated business processes and ensured their stable operation. More than 650 leads, 4,500 counterparties and 1,500 contracts were transferred to the platform.
One of the key achievements of the project was the seamless integration of BPMSoft with corporate services. Integration with MTS Link made it possible to automate the export of the audience of events between systems, as well as the collection of data from surveys and the creation of leads. As a result, manual processing costs decreased and conversion increased.
Another important improvement is the integration with the PlanFact service for financial and management accounting. BPMSoft automatically synchronizes data with 1C, distributes it to articles and projects, and then transfers it to PlanActual. Based on this data, financial and management reports are generated.
Change Trade continues to develop digital solutions and plans to use the new capabilities of BPMSoft to further automate processes.
