On May 18, 2015 the developer company "System Technologies" announced the project of automation of sales network, supervisors, sales representatives and merchandisers Cherkizovo groups by means of SFA- solutions ST Chicago.
Project Tasks
By the beginning of implementation of technology, the company had no tools for operational management of sales representatives (more than 700 people from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok) and formations of the correct structured reporting from sales network as a part of which 50 distributors.
In the tender won by Sistemnye Tekhnologii Group only the SFA solutions working on modelisaas were considered (the software in lease) - they differ in fast connection of platforms.

"Traditional automation — with purchase and updating of licenses, participation in implementation, administration and so on — requires the considerable financial investments at a stage of start and overloads internal services of the company. SaaS means receiving SFA as services. Works on system deployment, server capacities, relevance of software versions, technical support of users, the center of distance learning — all this remains on the party of the supplier of the software product" — Alexey Busel, the representative of the Cherkizovo Group, the project manager noted.
Project Results
By means of implementation of the software product in the Cherkizovo Group work of sales departments is optimized. Work of "field" employees accelerated as now the created orders get to the accounting system of the enterprises automatically. Information on a situation which is stored in mobile application in outlets helps sales representatives to make fast effective decisions. Some basic functions of the program, for example, GPS control and the photoreport with the high level of protection against counterfeits, help to control work of removed personnel. Call center agents ceased to work for service of sales representatives, telephone sales are their tasks.

First, use of SFA systems for the enterprises of agriculture — a rarity. Secondly, the company did not stop on core process optimization (consolidation of data from distributors in office part and automation of work of sales representatives), and increases extensive functionality of the ST Chicago system.
