Software solutions help City Pizza to implement business plans

The 1C-Rarus company announced on April 3, 2013 project completion of automation of restaurant network City Pizza solutions "1C-Rarus: Plant of a power supply" and AS Restart.

Readiness

The uniform customer base of the solution allows to transfer the order to a delivery point, the next to the client and to provide delivery of the order within one hour, across all territory of Moscow.

Before

Earlier applied management system was not supported and did not develop, there was no opportunity to implement completions which helped to increase business performance. Customer bases in points of delivery and restaurants worked separately. The history of work with clients was not conducted. Registration of some orders occupied a progressive tense. Obtaining the summary reporting under a company performance with each client was almost impossible.

Changes

The IT company management updated a question of replacement of an old system by new, having formulated the following selection terms:

• Enterprise management centralization;
• Automation of back-office of the company;
• Inclusion in the system of all restaurants and points of delivery, automation of front-office;
• Creation of the uniform base of clients available in each point of delivery;
• Ensuring continuous support of a system together with a possibility of its completion under requirements of the company.

Having carried out market monitoring, the company noted several different systems. The choice of solutions on a basis "1C:Enterprise 8" is caused by flexibility of the platform, ease of setup and ample opportunities for completion. For the central office the program "1C-Rarus is selected: Plant of a power supply", for delivery points – AS Restart.

Solution

Specialists 1C-Rarus carried out complex automation of business, having turned on in a single system the central office of the company, 18 points of delivery and restaurants.

Sergey Makarov, the Chief information officer of City Pizza, noted:

• We are happy with results of the carried-out automation. We reached all assigned tasks, jointly with specialists 1C-Rarus was implemented by necessary completions. Today in time we get technical support and updates of a system. We are going not to be satisfied with what has already been achieved; the following idea – integration of a restaurant system into the accounting program. Besides, we want to connect service of orders of the website to a system, to integrate it with the central call center. Together with those opportunities that is now, it will allow our company to work even more effectively!
