2024: Automation of documents processing processes for foreign exchange transactions
Commerzbank JSC (Eurasia) has chosen the TESSA platform to automate the processing of documents for foreign exchange transactions. Synthellect announced this on October 1, 2024.
The company is implementing the approach of continuous improvement of IT infrastructure by using end-to-end digital technologies. One important step in this process is the implementation of a complete module for processing documents for currency transactions on the TESSA platform.
The technical characteristics of TESSA were highly appreciated in the framework of pre-design tests and will allow the bank to process document flows, minimizing the risks of non-compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as ensure import independence from foreign software to achieve technological sovereignty.
The solution is designed to automate the maintenance of the entire list of documents within the framework of foreign currency contracts and loan agreements, as well as transactions under them. These are the processes of receiving and processing certificates about supporting documents, information about transactions, checking payments and maintaining correspondence with the client directly from the system window. TESSA has configured several types of workplaces - customer service, loro nostro and back office.
All operations within the workplace are implemented according to the "single window" principle, without the need to switch between different systems. When you receive a new request, the system automatically generates an electronic customer file. If the responsible employee refuses to accept the document, then the detected violations of the document are recorded (the list of violations is included in the system reference book), and the system will automatically prepare and send a refusal form to the client indicating the reasons. To provide remote banking services, the project provides for the integration of the solution with the Digital2Go.Corporate platform from the BSS developer.
The project is carried out by SYNTELLECT, the vendor of the TESSA platform.
