2024: Creation of a unified information system for the work and communication of employees
The Voronezh office of the integrator "First Bit" has created a unified information system for the work and communication of employees of NPO "Composite." This "First Bit" reported on October 24, 2024.
Composite Composite is a Russian manufacturer of pipelines and pipeline fittings for the mining complex and hydromechanization, tracked belts for snowmobiles, construction and agricultural equipment, as well as solid-cast tires.
According to a request from the company's management, the corporate portal at Bitrix24 was supposed to become a "Single Window" for accessing corporate information and reduce the number of duplicate operations between systems.
The solution was integrated with the solutions "1C:ERP Enterprise Management," "1C: Document Flow" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management." This made it possible to reduce the number of programs in which each employee works, save working time, eliminate manual duplication of information into other systems, and minimize the risks of errors and data loss.
The first blocks launched were "Tasks" and "News Feed." Immediately after the start of the corporate, employees began to actively use it in their daily work. Also, specialists of the First Bit optimized work with clients of NPO "Composite." As a result, a single CRM system and configured funnels standardize the work of managers and do not allow you to miss the stages of the transaction. All previously established customers were unloaded from 1C so that you do not have to manually duplicate applications from the current database. A transaction payment receipt is also translated from 1C to CRM.
For the marketing department, creating a single CRM system with a clear and understandable funnel is the first step towards adequately calculating the effectiveness indicator of advertising campaigns. For six months, the First Bit, together with the team of NGO "Composite," managed to implement the transfer of all existing business processes of the company to the corporate portal "Bitrix24." Using the functionality of CRM, a number of transferred processes were finalized in order to maximize the implementation of client tasks.
All three main integrations with the 1C system had to be developed independently - they did not fit into the functionality of a typical exchange between systems. To successfully implement the project, the team of the Voronezh office of the First Bit developed several unique Bitrix24 modules, and also finalized the existing ones.
