On January 14, 2019 the Soglasie insurance company announced start in commercial operation of a personnel system based on the software products "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" of edition 3.1 and "the Expert: Salary and Personnel management in NFO. Addition to 1C: Payroll and HR Management". The developer company of the second product – Ekspert-Consulting – was selected by the contractor of the project of Soglasie insurance company.

In SK "Soglasie" 188 jobs were automated. The implemented personnel system allows to keep accounting and tax accounting according to industry standards according to requirements Bank of Russia, to automatically calculate monthly awards depending on performance indicators and to prepare the procedural and management reporting. Within the project migration data from "was made 1C: Salary and personnel management 8 CORP" editions 2.5 and integration with operating insurance system "Diasoft", with systems "1C Document flow", "1C: Accounting" and "1C Budget control".

The project was implemented according to provision No. 489-P accepted by the Central Bank of 9/4/2015.

As a result of updating the systems of personnel records were introduced categories of levels of divisions that considerably simplifies work with reports, time of formation of the procedural reporting and review periods of the sheet of a time recording were considerably reduced. As a result of transition uniform accounting of employees of 54 branches became possible that allowed to optimize processes of personnel document flow. Also were automated:

  • formation of postings on accounting and tax accounting on a daily basis
  • accounting of civil contracts with individuals
  • calculation of reserves for holidays
  • calculation of holidays at the expense of reserves in accounting and tax accounting
  • calculation of monthly awards and experience in sick leave notes
  • accounting of functional accessory of employees of branches within matrix management.
