2026: Start of transition to Modus system

ITFB Group has begun implementing a project to transfer the Moscow Credit Bank (MKB) to the domestic CRM platform "Modus" developed by NOTA (IT holding "T1"). The project aims to completely replace the legacy system and build a modern, flexible and scalable platform for managing client relationships. ITFB Group announced this on February 9, 2026.

Within the framework of the project, ITFB Group is responsible for the comprehensive integration of the Modus system with more than 10 key banking and external systems. Particular attention is paid to ensuring the smooth operation of two CRM systems during the transition period, migration of historical data and automation of routine operations to reduce errors.

For us, this project is not only a task of technological integration, but also a strategic step within the framework of import substitution for a systemically significant financial institution. We create a reliable synchronous environment that will allow ICD to gently transition to a new platform without losing the quality of customer service. Our experience in building complex integration circuits and a deep understanding of banking processes allow us to minimize risks and ensure a high speed of implementation, "said Vadim Kazantsev, Executive Director of ITFB Group.

For the corporate block, ICD CRM is a key tool for managing client relationships and team efficiency. Within the framework of the project, we focus not only on technological update, but also on the practical applicability of the business solution. The partner's experience in implementing large-scale banking integrations allows us to move at a high pace and minimize operational risks, "said Murad Agalarov, Deputy Director of the Corporate Business Development Department of MKB.

2025: Implementation of the Modus platform

Moscow Credit Bank is switching to the Modus CRM platform developed by NOTA vendor (part of IT holding T1), which announced this on December 10, 2025. In the segment of CRM platforms, more than 41% of companies use import-substituted systems.

At the start of the project, the ICD IT team conducted a multi-stage selection: it studied the solutions available on the market and tested them under real loads. As a result, IT holding T1 became a technological partner, and the integration is carried out by ITFB Group, which has significant experience in implementing complex systems.

When choosing a product for the transition, the bank primarily took into account the convenience of users, flexibility of configuration, the ability to quickly launch new services and compliance with legal requirements and internal security policies. The implementation project is divided into three stages, implementing the translation of functions from the historical system. The second stage is underway: the development of key business processes is completed, the scenarios of integrations with internal software are described and the mechanism for synchronizing and migrating data is then launched.

Replacing a CRM system that has worked at the bank for more than 15 years is a complex but necessary solution. Instead of deep modernization of the technologically outdated foreign core, we decided to switch to the Russian platform, which will ensure the stability of key business processes and create a reserve for the further development of client services. We chose Modus thanks to the optimal ratio of product value and cost of ownership, as well as the vendor's openness to improvements for our needs, - said Nikolai Ulyanov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the ICD.

The transition to domestic CRM systems today is both a matter of import substitution and a strategic transformation of the infrastructure of large organizations. In the project with ICD, we create an architecturally stable solution that will become the foundation for the further development of client services, the introduction of analytical tools and AI models. Modus is a technology platform that adapts to the company's business logic and develops with it. We see that the transition to domestic solutions becomes not a necessary measure, but a conscious choice in favor of manageability, flexibility and digital sovereignty, - commented Kirill Bulgakov, Deputy General Director of the T1 IT Holding for Products and Services, Managing Director of the NOTA vendor.

At the next stage, ICD plans to expand the number of services based on Modus, strengthen analytics, implement AI tools to support decision-making and personalization, as well as develop omnichannel scenarios for interaction with customers.
