The Diasoft company announced on October 17, 2017 transition to the interchange format with clients legally significant documents by means of a cloud service of electronic document management.
Project Tasks
For the purpose of optimization of document flow of the company the management made the decision to implement in an electronic format complete lifecycle of documents — from preparation before signing and sending.
Project Progress
Implementation of the internal project on e-document flow on a basis ECM- systems became the first step of Diasoft on the way to achievement of this purpose Directum that allowed to transfer process of approval of agreements in the company to an electronic form and to implement autocontrol of observance of regulations on all process steps.
After that the decision to refuse paper carriers and to pass to signing and transfer of legally significant documents to clients electronically was made. During the careful analysis of the specialized solutions presented at the market, the company selected Kontur.Diadok service from the operator of e-document flow — SKB Kontur. Work through the operator allows to sign documents, using the strengthened qualified electronic signature. Such digital document its paper version has full-fledged legal force, as well as. At the same time the electronic format of interaction has a number of essential advantages, emphasized in Diasoft.
Project Results
On a withdrawal of the company, now exchange of documents — instant irrespective of remoteness of partners, there was an opportunity to considerably reduce costs for logistics, to keep track of the statuses of the sent documents or receipt of new, to eliminate dependence on compulsory attendance of signers at office due to function of the signature of agreements from any device and from any place in the world and also many other things.
Diasoft adapted internal processes, rules, document templates to transition to e-document flow and, as of October, 2017, already interacts in about tens of clients in this format regarding a design not only primary documents (accounts, invoices, acts), but also agreements, guaranty letters and notifications. Thanks to technology of roaming for exchange of documents between operators of e-document flow, Diasoft can interact in the updated format with clients who use e-document flow services of other operators.
