2024: Optimizing the Management System with 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2

1C: April Soft on June 11, 2024 announced the implementation of a project to optimize the management system at Daido Metal Rus LLC.

As reported, the presence of a full production cycle and high-tech equipment makes it possible to produce a wide range of products for gasoline, diesel engines and compressors, including: main and connecting rod inserts, thrust half-rings, bushings.

In 2022, it was decided to switch to an updated accounting system that would combine everything Enterprise business processes. To manage the business, the enterprise used 1.3" syst em, which in the near future was planned to be replaced by a more modern ERP class system, in view of which the choice of product was obvious. The next round of information space development in the company began with the implementation of "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2" - to manage regulatory reference information, combine accounting, tax and warehouse accounting in one system. This was important both for maintaining the current state and for further development.

An additional reason for the transition to the updated system was the need to obtain operational management information for the management of the enterprise to make effective and its own-time decisions.

It becomes possible to:

In 2023, configuration improvements were made, as well as 1C: April Soft helped with the correct reflection and calculation of wages and calculating taxes with it after changing the 1C algorithms, equalized the data of previous periods. There are 70 users in the 1C system. 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 optimizes the work of employees and optimizes the entire enterprise management system. The quality of both managerial and regulated accounting has significantly increased. Accounting of settlements with buyers is carried out in real time, which allows you to quickly monitor the state of receivables and reduce the period of its turnover for account of timely detection of overdue debts and corresponding work with buyers.
