The Digia company completed an implementation project of the analytical Digia Retail Analytics system on the QlikView platform in RITEK LLC, the company integrator reported on February 5, 2013.

Project

A system is used at the central office RITEK LLC and in all shops of retail chain stores Expert and Electronics.

The uniform data warehouse is as a result created, the necessary reports allowing to analyze sales informations are configured and to daily estimate progress of accomplishment of plans. More than fifty employees of the company, including top management, marketing specialists, analysts and sellers in shops at the same time use a system. Thanks to a possibility of web access all information is available to all outlets at any time that helps to facilitate data access and to accelerate decision making. Earlier analysts created sales statements, unloading data from the accounting system based on 1C and processing them using fixed functions of Microsoft Excel. Sales statements were sent to heads of outlets. Now the staff of shops can independently see all data necessary for them and quickly make changes to the work for accomplishment of sales plans.

Except the main analytical tools specialists of Digia developed the additional application for iPad using which top managers of RITEK LLC trace performance indicators of activity of retail chain stores (turnover, a margin, an average bill, the number of checks in day, etc.) directly from the mobile device. Convenient dashboards allow the management, both to see key indicators (KPI), and to obtain more detailed information, up to lines of the check on the specific discount card.

Alexander Kirbay, the CEO of RITEK LLC, noted: "Less than in 3 months Digia implemented to us a convenient and effective system. With its help I at any time can see the state of affairs on each shop and the selling assistant, without waiting for monthly reports. It is sure, it will help to make work as more effective in all company".

Implementation of Digia Retail Analytics continued two and a half months. During this time frame the pilot project, system deployment at the central office and 36 Ekspert and Elektronika shops, a stage of trial operation is implemented.
