United Engine Corporation simplified work of office using the intelligent Directum Ario tool

On February 26, 2019 the United Engine Corporation company reported that it simplified work of office using the intelligent DIRECTUM Ario tool.

According to the company, in October, 2018 in corporation commercial operation of DIRECTUM Ario- of the solution for intellectual processing of incoming documents started. DIRECTUM Ario will automatically recognize, takes and classifies details of the document: defines its type, the magazine of registration, the responsible and some other significant attributes. The registrar needs only to check correctness of the taken information.

As a result of trial operation the solution showed the accuracy of classification of incoming letters in 95% and correctness of the taken data at the level of 80%.

At receipt of paper documents the clerk of UEC scans them then automatically receives documents for check with already completed details of a registration card. Thanks to integration of DIRECTUM Ario with an e-mail client of corporation electronic correspondence arrives to the clerk also at once with the filled card.

For check simplification the details taken all from the document are selected in color: green highlights the extraction given with an accuracy close to 100%, yellow – details to which it is worth paying bigger attention at verification.

After DIRECTUM Ario implementation clerks of corporation noted considerable acceleration of registration of incoming documents — both paper, and electronic.
