Lenta launched an electronic document management system based on Directum HR Pro. During the year, 86 percent of the company's employees joined it. Lenta announced this on July 18, 2024.
The transition to personnel electronic turnover (K E-DOCUMENT FLOW) started in February 2023. The project was carried out by the Holding. T1 The implementation required large-scale work with integration internal and external systems and the creation of a single information space for the company's employees. At the first stage, the pilot system configuration was transferred to the Lenta circuit, network integrations were configured accounting systems trade , 3,200 employees were connected.
In September 2023, a gradual connection began, which took place in several waves. Regulations for user support and interaction between the Lenta and T1 IT teams were prepared. HR EDO based on Directum HR Pro was integrated into the corporate application "Lenta Sputnik." This allowed the employees of the retail network to use the usual solution for working with personnel processes, as well as receive push notifications from the KEDO system. Thanks to integration with a mobile application, users do not need to create personal accounts on individual sites or install an additional application.
The move to CEDO helped HR staff to free up the time it used to take to complete routine tasks. The company optimized postage costs and also reduced the amount of paper used for documents, which meets the goals of efficient use of natural resources.

Over the year, more than 39,000 people joined the KEDO system. More than 30 different types of applications and orders, local regulations have been translated into electronic form. As of July 2024, more than 21,000 applications, more than 55,000 personnel documents were signed in the system, 180,000 tasks were completed to familiarize themselves with the company's local regulations.
