Donskoy the state technical university implements a corporate portal

The Softline company announces completion of delivery of DeskWork in the Donskoy State Technical University (DSTU).

At the university the DeskWork corporate portal is implemented.

As Alexey Makarov, the chief of computer center of DGTU notes, "a system is convenient for deployment and regulation". From functionality, first of all, IT specialists of university configured the modules "Address Directory", "Graphic Structure of the Company", "Universal System of Informing".

Thanks to a corporate portal at the university internal communications are adjusted, search of necessary internal documentation became simpler and accelerated that allowed to increase performing discipline and efficiency of communicative interaction of staff of university.

"Before implementation of the portal many employees had to spend working time on search of standard forms and other internal documents, now all became much quicker and more visually, the interface is clear and easy for mastering, colleagues studied without any difficulties", – Alexey Makarov, the chief of computer center of DGTU tells.
