"UTS Tender" and B2B-Center started service for purchases of natural monopolies of Kazakhstan

2019: Start of service for carrying out electronic procurement of subjects of natural monopolies

On November 6, 2019 the B2B-Center company reported that the marketplace the UTS Tender of one of the first in Kazakhstan started service for carrying out electronic procurement of subjects of natural monopolies.

We quickly started service thanks to the fact that creators of the platform integrated the competences and experience told Yerzhan Tugelbev, the sales director the UTS Tender

Service completely corresponds to Rules of implementation of activity by subjects of natural monopolies which are approved by the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 2019 No. 73. The UTS Tender underwent testing of Committee on information security of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of RK and received the certificate of compliance to requirements of information security. The document confirms that the platform can work in the industries regulated by the state and guarantees confidentiality of client data.

Natural monopolies will get on the UTS Tender access to the largest number of suppliers not only from Kazakhstan, but also from Russia. These are clients of the UTS exchange and the platform of B2B-Center who are able to participate in purchases of large state and business companies. Therefore customers will be able to select from the automated mode the best offers in the market at the optimal price, continued Yerzhan Tugelbev

The flexibility of the platform UTS Tender will allow to carry out any kinds of biddings, to configure integration with the ERP system for accounting of the purchased goods and also to automate work of all staff of purchasing department.

Several clients from among subjects of natural monopolies already negotiate working conditions on our platform. In the nearest future on the UTS Tender the Kazakhstan Utility Systems company will begin to carry out purchases. At the same time we do not stand still and constantly we improve service together with clients. For us it is the first experience of corporate electronic trading.
