Content

On September 24, 2016 the Softline company announced project completion of development of functional requirements to a customer relationship management system on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform in JSC EKO RESURS company.

Project Tasks

Due to the growing number of customers of the company it was required to automate processes of customer interaction. For this purpose made the decision on implementation of the CRM system. By means of consolidation of data on customers it was expected to increase efficiency and transparency of sales process and work of purchasing department. As the platform selected Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, and the management of JSC EKO RESURS made the decision to conduct examination of IT infrastructure and business processes of the company.

Project Progress

The main objective set for a team of the contractor - carrying out audit and development of requirements to Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. At the initial stage of works specialists of the contractor collected data on the main business processes of the customer, their reflection in IT services.

On the basis of the acquired information of analytics of Softline jointly with specialists of JSC EKO RESURS created functional requirements to a system taking into account opportunities of Microsoft Dynamics and expectations of business divisions of the company.

The functionality of the CRM system was developed taking into account the basic processes requiring automation. As the solution should become the platform for interaction of the sales department and purchases using the accounting system of 1C during the requirement description the scenario of integration and partial data migration from it was defined.

According to the results of the project we provided assessment of future system that will help the customer to use advantages of Microsoft Dynamics to the solution of business challenges. The developed CRM system will become a single platform for the staff of different departments and synchronizes their work.

Thanks to the preproject examination conducted by specialists of Softline we in details analyzed compliance of functionality of Dynamics CRM to real business processes of the company, estimated resources and project deadlines, including integration with the ERP system, planned the resources necessary at an implementation stage, and an opportunity for execution of works with involvement of our IT specialists.
