2020: Transition to electronic archive "Etla"

On April 14, 2020 reported to Atlas Soft that the Kaliningrad company "Ekopet" passed to electronic archive "Etla".

As the Ekopet company adheres to the highest standards of work, the management made the decision on implementation in the company of electronic archive of documents which had to provide:

• The reliable and protected from cracking document storage.

In an analysis result of the market of the systems of electronic archive and the held testing the department of automation stopped the choice on the Etla platform on which the system of electronic archive of the same name is constructed. The Etla platform is the flexible and modern solution, with a full range of tools on creation of information systems of any complexity.

During system implementation the transparent and intuitive structure of archive of documents of the company was created. The automated import of documents from earlier created storage was organized. The contractual and personnel documents entering and outgoing official letters, documents on performance of agreements were imported to a system.
