Eldorado implements protection of corporate file storage

The Softline company signed with Eldorado LLC the delivery agreement Trend Micro ServerProtect for Network Appliance Filers for protection of network file storage of the company.

Tasks and solution

As a part of an information system of Eldorado LLC several data centers, it is territorially distributed and covers all objects of the company: shops, distribution warehouses, service centers. In a single network of Eldorado several thousands of employees work.

The task of search of the solution which is capable to provide reliable antivirus protection of the user data which are under control of network system of storage of Netapp was set for Department of information technologies of the company. The main requirement which was imposed to such product is a compatibility and support of functionality of protection of a fayler of Netapp.

A choice was made advantage of the solution Trend Micro, most full, according to the customer meeting the requirements of scalability, high performance, simplicity of setup and operation. Specialists of Softline held testing of the solution, and its setup is successfully performed by forces of IT staff of Eldorado.
