Taxi park appealed to the governor of the Omsk region Vitaly Khocenko with a request to subsidize the development of charging infrastructure to create special sites for charging electric vehicles. For the purchase of electric vehicles "Atom" there is a state subsidy in the amount of ₽925 thousand, which makes them more profitable compared to foreign counterparts.

The economic efficiency of the project is due to the low transport tax due to the lower engine power and significant fuel savings. According to the company's calculations, monthly savings per car can reach ₽30 thousand, which, with 40 cars, will amount to ₽3 million savings per month.

The Atom electric car will be developed by Kama in Naberezhnye Chelny from 2021. The main investors of the project were KAMAZ General Director Sergei Kogogin and entrepreneur Ruben Vardanyan, later Rosatom joined the project to strengthen technical competence.

The rear-wheel drive electric car will be able to accelerate to 100 km/h in 8 seconds. Serial production is planned to begin in 2025 on the basis of the Moskvich plant, and the possibility of organizing assembly in Chinese Harbin is also being considered.

Taxi House is an association of taxi entrepreneurs and cooperates with the largest aggregators, including Yandex, Citymobil, Indriver and Taxovichkof. In July 2024, the development company began deploying a network of its own charging stations under the Atom brand[1]
