2020: Transfer of offices in China and Singapore on a single system of management of finance

On April 8, 2020 LANIT reported that it of Consist Business Group completed the next stage of the global program for creation of the uniform centralized control system of finance at offices "Kaspersky Lab" worldwide. The system which is earlier implemented in divisions of France, Italy, Great Britain, Germany and Switzerland was replicated to China and Singapore. The project is implemented based on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform.

During the project the uniform managerial chart of accounts taking into account requirements and regulations was implemented. In Singapore implementation was carried out to a short time according to requirements of the customer.

In China the project included automation of head office in Beijing and branches (Shanghai, Tianjin) with reporting as consolidated, and for each structural unit. Implementation was performed taking into account the Chinese specifics and all local requirements to accounting determined by the local legislation. At the same time the solution allows to implement requirements for each country, without affecting work of offices in other states.

Microsoft Dynamics AX covers an extensive range of business processes: conducting accounting and tax accounting, settlings with suppliers and clients, formation of the local regulated and internal management reporting.

Together with Consist Business Group we successfully completed one more stage of standardization and centralization of financial processes of foreign offices "Kaspersky Lab". This time the project was unrolled in China and Singapore. The implementation team was faced by a problem of replication of a system in Singapore in a short time. Transfer of the Swiss office on a single system of management of finance

On September 9, 2019 the LANIT company reported that Consist Business Group completed the next stage of the global program for creation of the uniform centralized control system of finance at offices "Kaspersky Lab" worldwide. The system working in France, Italy, Great Britain and Germany is replicated on division in Switzerland. The project is implemented on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform. The project is executed within seven months.

The global program for creation of the single centralized accounting system at offices "Kaspersky Lab" provides transfer of accounting processes of foreign offices of the company in Microsoft Dynamics AX and failure from the separate local accounting systems worldwide. The office in Zurich is strategic – in it a part of key business processes of the company is performed. Here data processing of the European users is conducted and the first Center of transparency of Kaspersky Lab is open.

Within the project replication of the standard solution for Kaspersky Lab and its adaptation taking into account requirements of the local legislation is performed. The functionality of the solution covers a broad spectrum of business processes: conducting accounting and tax accounting, fixed asset accounting, formation of the local regulated and internal management reporting, settlings with suppliers and clients and also integration with a corporate system of purchase management and a management system for sales.

The implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics AX for Kaspersky Lab in Switzerland became an important part of the big program for creation of the uniform centralized control system of finance at offices of the company worldwide. End of the second stage on creation of the uniform centralized control system of finance

On May 27, 2019 the Consist Business Group company announced implementation of the second stage within the global program for creation of the uniform centralized control system of finance at offices "Kaspersky Lab" worldwide. The system which is earlier started at offices in France and Italy is replicated on divisions in Great Britain and Germany. The software solution for project implementation is Microsoft Dynamics AX.

The Russian consulting group "Consist Business Group" rendering services of creation and support of information management systems in the Russian and foreign market acted as the contractor of the project. The project is executed within fifteen months. Users of a system are about 30 employees of financial divisions at offices "Kaspersky Lab" in Great Britain and Germany.

Pilot project of creation of the single accounting system

On January 17, 2019 LC Europe reported that it completed a pilot project of creation of the single accounting system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX at offices "Kaspersky Lab" in France and Italy.

According to the company, the implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics AX at offices "Kaspersky Lab" in France and Italy is a part of the global program for creation of the single centralized accounting system at offices "Kaspersky Lab" worldwide. The program provides transfer of accounting processes of foreign offices in Microsoft Dynamics AX and failure from the separate local accounting systems in each of the countries of activity of the company.

A system had to cover the directions of accounting, tax and managerial accounting. The uniform point of entry for access to financial information — not only for employees of the headquarters in Moscow, but also for financial controllers in all regions of the world was required.

The contractor of the project selected the Consist Business Group rendering services of implementation and support of information management systems in the Russian and foreign market. For start of the program and pilot implementation offices of Kaspersky Lab were selected from France and Italy. The project was executed in two queues, each of which turned on several stages, from design of a system before input in trial operation.

Within the project the managerial chart of accounts and uniform set managerial the analyst covering a broad spectrum of business functions is implemented: settlings with suppliers and integration with a corporate system of purchase management, settlings with clients and integration with a corporate system of sales management, fixed assets, the ledger and other sections of accounting. It is important that at implementation local features of accounting and tax legislations were considered.

Implementation of a pilot project gave an impetus for system implementation at other European offices, in Germany and Great Britain, and creations of a corporate prototype for its further replication in divisions of Kaspersky Lab worldwide. Complete transition from the separate legacy local accounting systems to a single system on the basis of the modern solution of Microsoft Dynamics AX will allow to accumulate financial and accounting information on all foreign offices of the company.
