Management of Energy Systems of the East company uses the mobile interface to EDMS

The company LANIT completed an implementation project of the automated workplace of the head EDMS LanDocs based on mobile devices for needs of holding RAO ES of the East.

Solution

The company LANIT completed implementation of specialized jobs EDMS "LanDocs for IPad" for needs of administrative personnel of energoholding. A technology platform for project implementation became:

• program the LanDocs component - content server
• iDecide platform.

Stages of a way

The first stage of the project is completed – the functionality of EDMS for work with draft resolutions by means of mobile devices is implemented. A functional customer of this solution were the CEO, his deputies and also their assistants. The next stage in project implementation is planned for the first quarter 2011 and provides implementation of the functionality allowing the staff |of JSC RAO ES of the East to work with instructions (messages) according to documents from mobile devices.
