As a result, Faberlic managed to transform processes by moving away from a business system for consultants to a hybrid environment for buyers and consultants. Practices embedded in the functionality of the cloud solution ensured traceability, measurability of process speed and quality, transparency and manageability in terms of resource consumption.

Now the company's website is working much faster, there are more opportunities and mechanics in the promotion development system, intelligent search has been introduced, and it is possible to form an order taking into account information about the balances and delivery schedule of goods. An "eternal" basket has appeared, which, if necessary, will remind you of itself, help to select related goods, and also inform you about suitable promotions and possible gifts. In addition, the system is available in remote offices and on mobile devices.

As a result of the implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud, it was possible to reduce the number of lost orders by 50%, to increase the average order amount in online channels by 5%. The total additional profit was 15%.
