The software solution the finance department of city administration of Arkhangelsk integrates more than 200 enterprises

In April, 2013 more than 200 organizations and the organizations of Arkhangelsk are connected to the single database created on the basis of the software package "Svod-WEB" for centralization of transactions of collecting of the regulated and any reporting the Keysystems company integrator reported on June 11, 2013.

The finance department of city administration of Arkhangelsk acted as the project orderer.

Plans and hopes

Vasilyeva Irina Yurevna, the head of the accounting and reporting department - the chief accountant of finance department of city administration of Arkhangelsk, told: "Starting with the reporting as of April 1, 2013, the main managers of means of the city budget and the industry (functional) bodies of city administration of Arkhangelsk performing functions and powers of the founder of municipal budget and autonomous authorities of the City of Arkhangelsk municipal entity had an opportunity in real time to see the reporting of subordinated organizations, to perform check of the control ratios set by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation in forms of the budget (accounting) reporting, and to receive the summary budget (accounting) reporting for submission to finance department of city administration. In the nearest future the finance department is going to use possibilities of the software package "Svod-WEB" concerning creation of any forms of the reporting for collecting of monthly operational information from municipal authorities. On the next stage the finance department of city administration of Arkhangelsk plans development of an order of submission of the budget (accounting) reporting with a possibility of application of the electronic signature for the purpose of transfer of process of representation and adoption of the reporting to electronic document management between all participants. Implementation of a centralized system of "Svod-WEB" will allow to reduce significantly terms of submission of the budget (accounting) reporting, to increase its quality and to start in work collecting of own reporting, for example, in the "About Results of Activity of Municipal Authority of the City of Arkhangelsk Municipal Entity and about Use of the Property Assigned to It" form. Along with implementation of the Svod-WEB PC, in department works on the organization of electronic interaction with the State information system about the state and municipal payments based on the software package "RSU GMP" were conducted.
