The finance department of the Tyumen region controls planning of the budget of municipal entities

The BFT company completed connection of 8 municipal entities of the Tyumen region to the centralized information and technical platform on the basis of the ADC-Planning system installed in finance department of the Tyumen region the press service of integrator reported on July 23, 2013.

Execution of the project

During the course of performance works all municipal entities of the Tyumen region are connected to a common information space regarding planning of the budget. Data transfer from local schedule systems of budgets of municipalities of "ADC-Planning" in the centralized platform is performed, role access for users to information is configured.

For July 23, 2013 financial bodies, the main managers and receivers of budgetary funds of all municipal entities of the region are connected to the centralized solution. Experts of BFT company configure interaction of the centralized solution of planning of the budget with a centralized system of budget implementation of "ADC-Finance" regarding municipal entities. Besides, the necessary methodological support including carrying out consultations with financial bodies of municipal entities was given.

Integration of the schedule systems of "ADC-Planning" and budget implementation of "ADC-Finance" installed in the Tyumen region and also the centralized control system of public procurements "ATsK-Goszakaz" promotes achievement of the Tyumen region of considerable results in implementation of provisions of the concept "Electronic budget".
