Elar completed the project of digitization in "The state archive of the Vladimir region"

On February 13, 2019 ELAR company announced that in the State Archive of the Vladimir Region (SAVR) digitization of especially important archive documents within the federal target program "Culture of Russia (2012 - 2018)" for 2018 is complete. In a project deliverable electronic copies about 80,000 sheets of primary sources of the period till 1917 from funds of bodies of diocesan management, personal noble funds are created. Creation of electronic fund of use will allow to optimize work of employees at working off of requests of users and to withdraw old and especially important documents from circulation.

According to the company, the documents digitized within the project represent decrees of the Senate and provincial offices, statements from pistsovy books, documents on management of manors, inventories of lands and property, revizsky fairy tales, registers of births, household lists, inventories of peasants, etc. The format of primary sources varies from A5 to size A2, some documents containing information "going" to a back required lacing.

Part of archive documents are in a shabby status therefore ensuring safety of originals was an important condition when scanning. Digitization was carried out on the professional equipment of the Planskan ELAR brand ensuring safety for originals and reference quality of copies.
