The clinic of JSC Gazprom received IT tools: MRO and EDMS. The IT company implemented implementation.
According to terms of the contract specialists of IT should implement the electronic document management system (EDMS), as much as possible considering specifics of work of the customer.
About implementation of EDMS
As a basis for implementation the solution BOSS-Referent on the IBM Lotus Notes/Domino platform as the most meeting all requirements of the customer to functionality was selected.
A system is developed in fifty workplaces in two buildings of clinic. For the organization of function of stream scanning the software platform ABBYY Recognition Server which was integrated by page was used EDMS BOSS-Referent .
As a result of system implementation of electronic document management the customer received considerable acceleration of the movement of documents that, in turn, promoted reduction of time required for acceptance of management decisions.
Besides, the management of clinic got access to relevant information on the state of affairs in organization, according to the solution of assigned tasks and on the performing potential of employees.
