Directum RX system on Linux and Postgres Pro DBMS is implemented in Gazprom Invest

2022: Directum RX implementation on Linux and Postgres Pro DBMS

On June 15, 2022, Directum announced that as part of the execution of Gazprom's instructions for import substitution of software products, the Directum RX system was deployed at Gazprom Invest on Linux family OS, with DBMSostgres Pro. The contractor for the project was Innostage Group, a business partner of Directum.

The Directum RX implementation project covered 12 branches throughout the country and 5 thousand people, including 20 top managers of the company. About 3 thousand users work in the system at the same time:

• Exchange memos, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• agree and approve organizational and administrative documentation;
• jointly edit draft documents;
• using document search with filtering;
• regulatory reference information and organizational and staff structure data are managed.

In the first 3 months of 2022, more than a million documents were created in the Directum RX system and more than 650 thousand tasks were sent.

According to Gazprom Invest, the previous system lacked functionality, flexibility, and a friendly interface. After the introduction of Directum RX, the company increased the speed of processing documents and tasks, increased the executive discipline of employees and transparency of processes for managers.

In the future, on the basis of Directum RX, the company plans to digitalize personnel business processes, as well as introduce Directum Ario intelligent services.
