Gazprom Neft (IT-AI)

The automated system of inventory of property based on R/3 SAP software is developed, interaction with the hardware of the solution "IT-AI" is implemented. Advice in carrying out inventory for three thousand accounting items is provided.

Tatyana Sergeyevna Andreyeva, the leading specialist of Administrative management of the Moscow branch of JSC "Gazprom Neft" imparts experience: "Due to a large amount of the material values which are subject to marking and with their continuous movement in the building to pass to automatic system of accounting and inventory of property so quickly and qualitatively as we would like, it was not possible. Our company is placed on ten floors (on average in 100 people on everyone). In addition to personal jobs there are still negotiation, server, warehouse. Therefore we spent not one month that together with the assistant to paste radio-frequency tags on all accounting items. At the same time great advantage was the fact that it was not necessary to change significantly business processes, only introduced amendments concerning procedures of automatic inventory.

As it became clear in the course of drawing the radio tags which were purchased initially, they were quite big for some fixed assets — for example, for the server hardware. But it was easily corrected, IT offered tags of other sizes. Also it was unusual to carry out inventory with the "magic" device for reading — the mobile terminal of data collection, but over time adapted.

It was not also without funny case. In the first day when we carried out marking in one of office spaces, because of incorrect setup of the printer it was necessary to spend two hours for 20 jobs only because the printer issued accession numbers in a chaotic order without binding to jobs. The problem was solved, having set right settings of the printer.

Certainly, we already managed to estimate advantages of a system in practice: tags for marking of objects are printed quickly, from necessary reports the whole film with the informative tags simple in drawing forms. Due to integration of our accounting system into the IT-AI software hardware convenient filters and reports are implemented. We use usual tools in the same system in which always worked as installation of additional programs was not required. We separately did not calculate digit for confirmation of efficiency from automation of process of accounting of supply available, but terms of carrying out inventory, certainly, are reduced. The created system allows to control rather precisely movement of all material values that gives the chance to avoid pads, errors and in general results in transparency of accounting of property".
