DeskWork Basic increased efficiency of collective interaction in Giprokommundortrans Ltd

The Softline company announced project completion of implementation of the Basic DeskWork portal in PI Giprokommundortrans Ltd. Integration of a product simplified conducting business processes and considerably increased the culture of production.

At once after implementation of Basic the DeskWork portal of PI Giprokommundortrans Ltd the staff of the company began to use all modules of the portal, is especially active – Address directory.

The list of employees (the phonebook, the address directory) with a possibility of sorting according to any of fields and search of the employee in name fields and a surname is especially convenient in use as it applies for an original informatin in the Active Directory directory and also allows to import data on users from XML files. Using import from XML files integration with other systems, for example, obtaining information on employees from the existing management programs for personnel and registration of personnel is possible.

Functionality of DeskWork Basic includes the convenient graphic structure of the company allowing the simplified use by corporate information. With its help the transparency of structure of the company and functional duties of employees becomes obvious. Using the module of requests information on requests of all staff of the company is consolidated in one place. Universal informers of DeskWork give the chance to obtain information on weather, traffic jams and currency rate interesting all directly from the portal, without going on-line.
