2025: Implementation of "1C: Salary and Human Resources Management 8 CORP"
1C-Rarus"" unified the calculation salaries and personnel accounting for 7 enterprises of the group "" Gotek on the basis of "1C: Salary and Human Resources KORP." This was announced 1C-Rarus by "" on August 29, 2025.
The Gotek group of enterprises is one manufacturer of packaging materials in Central Russia.
By 2024, the company had the need to modernize the personnel accounting and payroll system. The previously used software package did not support the current requirements of the legislation, there was no personnel electronic document flow, salary calculations were difficult.
In this regard, it was decided to switch to the specialized product "1C: Payroll and personnel management of KORP," revision 3.1. The introduction of the system and the unification of HR processes were entrusted to 1C-Rarus specialists in St. Petersburg.
The project team needed to unify the payroll processes at the enterprises of the Gotek group. At the same time, it was necessary to take into account the peculiarities of personnel accounting and payroll for various categories of employees. Therefore, it was decided to model the types of payroll for one legal entity of the company - JSC Gotek.
1C-Rarus specialists have identified requirements that could not be fully implemented within the framework of the standard solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management of KORP." To avoid numerous modifications, the project team developed a methodology aimed at implementing atypical requests.
7 enterprises of the group switched to this system simultaneously during January 2025. And by mid-February 2025, all wage obligations to employees were fulfilled according to the established schedules and in full.
Project results:
- Audit the specific processes of the enterprise. Personnel accounting and payroll calculation are carried out in the centralized system "1C: Payroll and HR Management" in full compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- An exchange algorithm with the Social Fund of Russia has been implemented, which allows you to receive messages about sick leave, incoming requests from the EME for calculating benefits, and much more.
- Additional reports on the analysis of salaries and contributions have been set up: to reflect work on weekends, on employee vacations, including additional leave due to the Chernobyl accident (for enterprises located in the Kursk and Tula regions).
- The introduction of the standard functionality "1C: Payroll and HR Management" simplified the process of updating the system and led to a decrease in the cost of its support.
