Henderson implemented Microsoft Office 365

On January 18, 2017 the Softline company announced implementation of a cloud solution of Microsoft Office 365 for the producer of Henderson men's wear.

Choosing a Solution

In the company the application package of Microsoft Office was set, at the same time employees used both current versions of software, and outdated. It led to the fact that the personnel spent a lot of time for opening, editing and preserving of documents. In parallel load of IT department because of a large number of requests for troubleshooting grew. Therefore the customer made the decision to update a packet of office applications to the current version. As the partner Softline which has all necessary competences for implementation of such projects was selected.

Specialists of Softline proposed the cloud solution of Microsoft Office 365 including the latests version of office applications for deployment on local PCs of users and the uniform center of administration that allows to simplify process of management of accounts.

Project Results

Using a uniform account users can get access to services from any device. Use of cloud services excludes need of additional expenses on acquisition program and hardware.

The command of Softline developed the plan of migration which included removal and installation of application packages of Office 365 without risk of idle time of key IT services. Engineers together with IT personnel of the customer deployed the test stand with different versions of Microsoft Office and the System Center Configuration Manager console. After testing the software product was installed on workstations of users most conveniently and quickly.

As a result employees received convenient instruments of work with documentation and a possibility of remote mobile access to the accounts.
