IDGC of Centre completed upgrade of the workflow system

In May, 2016 "IDGC of Centre" selected the company "Ensys Technologies" the supplier of licenses on software EMC Documentum. 5400 licenses for term not less than 10 years are in total bought. Transaction amount - 282.4 million rubles^[1].

The software intends for branches "IDGC of Centre" in Belgorod, Bryansk, Kostroma, Voronezh, Kursk, Lipetsk, Oryol, Smolensk, Tambov, Tver, Yaroslavl and also for executive directorate in Moscow. Delivery should take place in July, 2016.

Optima which suggested to sell software 200 thousand rubles more expensive was the second applicant for the contract.

Staff of IDGC of Centre will use EMC Documentum in the next 10 years

In IDGC of Centre the ID-Management Technologies company is engaged in development and support of EMC Documentum, the CEO Roman Mailyan^[2] said in 2014 it^[2].

Result of the project on expansion of functionality

On July 18, 2017 the ID-Management Technologies company announced project completion on development of functionality, upgrade and transfer of the automated system of managerial document flow (ASMDF) of IDGC of Centre on the version of the EMC Documentum platform of version 7.2.

The project of upgrade is executed for achievement of full compatibility with the software versions supported by the owner of the Documentum platform – OpenText company, increases in fault tolerance, performance and reliability of system operation.

With expansion of functionality, the efficiency of document flow increased in the company, terms and labor costs during the processing and document retrieval were reduced, control of performing discipline regarding execution of instructions is strengthened, integration of the reference information SAP MDM and SAP HCM with ASUD regarding reference books of the external organizations, individuals, organizational and regular structure is provided.

Work with documents in PJSC IDGC of Centre traditionally occupies an essential part of time of several thousand users, and the implemented project does such work as more effective. Evgeny Simonov, head of the department of corporate and technology automated control systems of PJSC IDGC of Centre

Within the project the subsystem of electronic archive of an automated system of managerial document flow is created. It is intended for optimization of management of archive documents.
