2025: Transfer of Planning and Production Department applications to Production Scheduling Desk

The group of companies ITMS transferred the work with the requests of the planning and production department to the new Production Scheduling Desk system. It is built on an ITSM platform, TIKITRIK which is already used in ITMS for automation IT services and HR request. This was Rikitlab announced on April 22, 2025

TIKITRIK Production Scheduling Desk allows you to centrally collect and process calls to the planning and production department - for adjusting the plan of actual indicators, working materials, equipment maintenance, product tests and changing the availability of production facilities.

The system supports the classification of requests by workshop and line, and also provides for the standardization of request forms for different types of requests. It allows you to assign responsible and approvers, automatically sends notifications, monitors the status and history of requests. With transparency and built-in analytics, TIKITRIK Production Scheduling Desk helps reduce the work of coordinators, improve planning accuracy, responsiveness to changes and the efficiency of resource allocation in the production unit. In particular, the number of inappropriate requests in corporate mail decreased by 24%, and the average processing time of requests - by 30%.

2024: Move to Tikitrik

The ITMS group of companies made a seamless transition from a foreign solution ServiceNow to Russian ITSM a product from in less than three months TIKITRIK. RIQUITLAB TIKITRIK handles up to 10,000 calls per month and provides continuity - IT services for more than 2,500 ITMS employees in and. Russia Belarus Rickitlab announced this on October 22, 2024.

All processes for managing incidents, service requests, change requests, as well as knowledge base management were transferred to TIKITRIK while maintaining the previous level of service. The solution is adapted for online use without access to a work computer or corporate network - using mobile devices. Access to the system for external support services has also been implemented - more than 100 outsource groups in total.

TIKITRIK covers more than 2,500 employees of the group of companies: offices in most regions of Russia, production in St. Petersburg, as well as a division in Belarus. TIKITRIK allows you to process up to 10,000 thousand requests monthly.

The speed of the system has increased significantly, users note the convenience of using the interface. All this was achieved against the background of a multiple reduction in the cost of organizing IT service management processes: TIKITRIK is an order of magnitude more profitable than solutions with comparable capabilities existing on the Russian market.
