Implementation of the automated control system for finance" in Mosfundamentstroy-6 Ltd

In November, 2009 Mosfundamentsroy-6 Ltd made the decision on enterprise management system implementation. On analysis results of the Russian market of software solutions and the held meetings the INTALEV company and the software product "INTALEV was selected: Corporate management" which is a versatile tool for solving of tasks of management of finance, projects and automation of electronic document management. This product also repeatedly proved applicability and efficiency in the Russian companies including in the construction industry.

In 6 months during the project functional areas were implemented: "Organizational engineering", Budget planning, "Management accounting and reporting", Payment schedule, "Management of terms of projects", Electronic document management.

The main results became:

• development of the new organization structure directed to centralization of functions and increase in control of activity of the enterprise;
• development of methodology and automation of a system of budget planning and management accounting and reporting;
• automation of process of signing of acts of the performed works of KS-2, KS-3;
• description and automation of process of approval and approval of requests for payment, automation;
• the description and process automation of management of terms of projects, cost determinations of projects on cost elements and work types;
• business process automation of electronic document management (registration of the outgoing documents entering \; approval of corporate documents, carrying out internal tenders, etc.).
