The real estate agency operating InDreams on Phuket Island since Thailand 2010 has completed the migration to the Russian CRM platform-based system low-code. Until recently, the agency used a Western supplier's CRM solution. However, after the vendor left the Russian market, the company had difficulties with buying licenses, updating the platform and integrating with other corporate systems in the IT circuit. An emergency migration to another client solution was required without downtime, with the full preservation of the functionality of the previous system, object model, business logic and the transfer of data, reporting and printing plates.

Within the framework of the project, the solutions "Sales Management" and "Omnichannel Communications" were introduced, which made it possible to deploy a complete analogue of the previous system in a short time.

CRM based on BPMSoft automated the calculation and processing of utility bills, control of water and electricity consumption, as well as settlements with customers and counterparties, as well as communication with customers through a single operator window. A mechanism for automated sending of email reminders about check-in/check-out has been introduced, which is especially important for the real estate rental market.

The uninterrupted operation of the CRM system is critical for our company, because the real estate market in Phuket is very dynamic, and working with clients requires efficiency.
