2022: Management Accounting Automation and Sales Analytics
On July 12, 2022, 1C-Rarus announced the automation of management accounting and sales analytics at International Foodchain in Uzbekistan using the 1C:ERP World Edition + "Module 1C: Catering" + BI system "1C: Analytics." As a result of the project, it was possible to ensure an acceleration of order processing by 70%. Labor costs are reduced by 50%, inventory volumes and production costs are reduced by up to 70%.
As part of the expansion of the network, the company opens restaurants in Uzbekistan - as of July 2022, 14 restaurants are already operating in the country.
As a front of the office system, the company in Uzbekistan uses the R-Keeper solution, integrated with 1C: Accounting 2.0, modified for the specifics of catering enterprises. The network lacked real-time management accounting and sales analytics. The company did not receive timely information about the balance of the inventory results, which negatively affected the financial statements.
For the current BI system, it was necessary to constantly buy licenses, it took time to connect each new restaurant to the database. Given the high pace of development of INTERNATIONAL FOODCHAIN in Uzbekistan, such delays were critical. The company also needed a system that would allow working with the specifics of the catering industry: writing off dishes, modifiers, etc.
