Lemana Missile Defense removed Microsoft and Atlassian software and switched to the Russian virtual office

The Lehman PRO company has completed the transition from foreign IT solutions to the Yandex 360 virtual office. The migration affected 11 thousand employees of the company and went without disrupting business processes. This was announced at the end of May 2025 by representatives of Yandex 360.

By May 2025, Leman Missile Defense has 112 stores and 17 warehouse complexes, where about 45 thousand employees work. The company said that after the implementation of this project, the continuity of business processes remained, and the quality of customer service remained at the same high level.

Earlier, Lehman Missile Defense used an online office from Microsoft 365, as well as Jira and Confluence services to track tasks, bugs and manage knowledge bases. After the termination of the sale of licenses of foreign vendors, the company promptly switched to a virtual office from Yandex 360.

Migration from Jira and Confluence to Yandex Tracker took a month. The Russian vendor provided full technical support, assistance in training employees, and also saved and transferred all the necessary data to the new service. Migration to other services was faster.

The technological director of Leman Tech Nikolai Knysh noted that the transition to Yandex Disk took place one day. The company used this storage solution as a backup. Early preparation for the changes allowed the work to continue without failures.

Yandex 360 has become the basis for managing IT processes, knowledge bases and collaboration in the company. Lemana Missile Defense uses all the functionality of the virtual office: Tracker, Vicky, Disk, Forms and other tools for business communications.

The company uses various Yandex technologies for business and pilots YandexGPT to generate product cards and auto-test code. This allows you to automate a number of routine processes and increase the efficiency of employees.^[1]
