The digital platform for electronic document management SberKorus has completed implementation personnel electronic document management (EDC) for workers. Istra Cheese Factory SberKorus 250 employees are connected to the KEDO service, who have drawn up 2600 electronic personnel documents. This was announced by Sberbank on August 8, 2023.

Employees of the personnel division of the Istra cheese factory were able to promptly sign documents with remote workers with electronic signatures, send applications for vacation, receive and sign additional agreements to employment contracts, business trip orders, as well as internal regulations.

To access the system, it is enough to have a smartphone or PC with an Internet connection. In addition to mobility, an important advantage of electronic document management was the quick unloading of documents drawn up in the EDC, if the company is checked by the regulatory and supervisory authorities.

The implementation took place in a one-stage format without a pilot period. The company called the prompt release of electronic signatures for employees, the convenience of the service, the benefits of its use and reliability important for itself. Also, one of the priority tasks was to ensure savings in the office and storage of documents in archives.
