Creating a Hardware and Software Platform
On May 17, 2022, 1C-Rarus announced that a team of IRZ employees from the 1C-Rarus Kazan office had created a hardware and software platform that provided up to 1,500 simultaneous users in a single 1C:ERP system on current employee equipment. The project was implemented without stopping business processes and in a short time - 6 months, from the design stage to the launch of pilot production. Performance was optimized 4 times, the time for routine calculations was reduced from 8 to 2 hours without code optimization.
According to the company, to work in an updated corporate information system on the 1C: Enterprise platform and another 70 historical systems, it was necessary to create a flexible and scalable server infrastructure for the needs of JSC IRZ.
At the time of the start of the project, there were not enough specialists in the IT division of the company who could form a list of requirements for the server infrastructure, ensure the operation of 1C products and their further support. It was necessary to build a stable system capable of providing the necessary level of digitalization of the enterprise. To carry out the work, specialists from the Kazan office of 1SRarus were involved, who, in parallel with the construction of the server infrastructure1C, trained IRZ employees and helped in the preparation of the knowledge base. At the initial stage of the project, the 1C server infrastructure consisted of a server DBMS MSSQL and a 1C failover cluster, which consisted of two application servers.
In May 2022, three independent mirror circuits were built - working, development and testing, which include 70 historical systems.
After the launch of 1C: Enterprise equipment and products, industrial operation, the use of resources in normal mode amounted to 50-60%. Productivity increased 4 times, the time for routine calculations was reduced from 8 to 2 hours without code optimization. Failure of the server leads to suspension of work for no more than 5 minutes. It was possible to optimize the time for troubleshooting, responding to a problem.
According to the results of the update of the server park "Izhevsk Radio Plant" received:

Thanks to the engineering equipment of the data center, energy resources are used economically, costs for providing one workplace are optimized, work with programs is carried out in one window mode. The equipment is powered by two substations: disconnection in case of power outages is excluded . The module includes uninterruptible power supplies, air conditioning units. The system is designed in such a way that the air conditioners cool only the equipment, and not the server room. This saves more than 700,000 rubles a year.
The data center provides a module for monitoring the operation of the engineering infrastructure. It generates information about humidity level, temperature, possible problems. Integration with the existing Zabbix server and network infrastructure monitoring system is implemented, which allows you to identify problems and respond in 24/7 mode.
As of May 2022, the data processing center operates normally, ensures stable operation of the enterprise's information systems.

Complete Enterprise Information System Upgrade Project
On February 7, 2022, 1C-Rarus announced the completion of a project to modernize the corporate information system at Izhevsk Radio Plant JSC. The 1C: Corporation software package provides separate accounting of financial and economic performance. The cost of production was calculated with details to the products. The solutions are integrated with 20 historical enterprise systems. Within the framework of the project, a software and hardware platform was created, which made it possible to provide comfortable work for up to 1,500 simultaneously working users in a single ERP system.
According to the company, until 2021, the corporate IT circuit of the enterprise was based on systems developed by the IT divisions of IRZ and multi-platform solutions. Specialists were required to develop and maintain them, which significantly increased the cost of owning the corporate information system. There was no formalized model of relationships and tools for effective interaction of divisions, executors within the framework of business processes for managing production, financial and economic activities of enterprises. Management did not have enough tools to promptly obtain management reporting. There was a lack of synchronization of data obtained from different information systems.
The management of the enterprise considered various options for modernizing the corporate information system, including minor modernization with the preservation of historical IP. To achieve the goals of the project, it was necessary that accounting and tax reports, as well as reports on the execution of contracts, be formed in an updated system. It was required to ensure the registration of operational, accounting and tax transactions with details for separate accounting, to calculate the financial result of the year in compliance with the requirements of the legislation on separate accounting. In terms of production accounting - implement a semi-finished method of accounting for costs and calculating the cost of production with detailing to products. The main processes of coordination of primary documents should be carried out in electronic form, using a specialized system. All products must be integrated with the company's temporarily retained historical systems until they are completely decommissioned.
The company's manufacturing processes are directly dependent on the health and availability of information systems. In case of failure of one of them, a complete shutdown of the enterprise will occur. The 1C-Rarus team was faced with the task of implementing a 1C:ERP solution without stopping key business processes and implementing the project as soon as possible - no more than 6 months from the start of work to launch into pilot operation.
Project results:

- The risks of slowing down or completely stopping production processes associated with the loss of competencies for proprietary software products have been optimized.
- A part of the corporate information system was transferred from proprietary software products of its own design to modern circulation software products.
- A universal toolkit has been developed for building integration mechanisms using the RabbitMQ message broker, which linked information systems. Thanks to this, it was possible to harmoniously fit: into the 1CERP IT architecture of the enterprise, saving several times the time for the implementation of the project and the labor costs of specialists.
During the pilot operation, the efficiency of the cost steps of the cost calculation procedures was optimized to comply with the closing regulations at the enterprises. At the end of the project, the IRZ corporate information system includes more than 20 information systems and supports more than 300 data streams between them every day. Within the framework of the project, it was possible to create a software and hardware platform that made it possible to ensure comfortable operation of up to 1,500 simultaneously working users in a single ERP system.
Compliance with the requirements of legislative bodies allowed the company to continue its work in the market of electronic equipment for space, transport and the fuel and energy complex. Customers represented by state corporations and private companies retained the manufacturer of electronic equipment.
After the start of the project, our main resource was time. We set ourselves the goal of abandoning some of the old systems and putting others into commercial operation in just 6 months.
