Kamkombank (Kama commercial bank) (Intersoft Lab: Circuit)

The company of Yew from Kazan starts implementation of the financial data warehouse Circuit of Corporation and a set of the BPM-applications developed by Intersoft Lab company in "The Kama commercial bank".

Within increase in transparency of business and optimization of strategic management by bank, it is supposed to automate management accounting and budgeting of household expenses. The main objective of the project – obtaining managerial reports for employees of the bank (managerial balance, the financial plan, the budget of assets and liabilities).

During the project the modules "Managerial Accounting", "Transfer Transactions" and "Budget of Household Expenses" will be used, and the implemented data warehouse will be integrated by page CORE BANKING SYSTEM RS-Bank. Thus, it is going to create the uniform financial data warehouse in which the accounting data on personal accounts, postings given on clients are consolidated.

Regular receipt of the objective information will give to the management of bank an opportunity to adjust effective control behind work of all divisions and branches. Implementation of model of transfer resource management will provide calculation of profitability by the CFD and banking products. Use of mechanisms of calculation of transfers and allocations – formation of the broad picture of a financial status of bank.

On the basis of the Contour BI platform (a product of Contour Components company) the system of release and distribution of the management reporting in the form of an OLAP cubes will be customized. Using the OLAP reports the management of bank will be able to carry out the analysis of managerial balance, the budget of assets and liabilities, the financial plan as is consolidated (on bank in general), and by divisions, the CFD.

Besides, processes of collecting and the statement of budget requests of divisions of bank, accounting of the actual payments according to the core banking system and reflection of overheads in management accounting will be automated. Project completion is planned for the end of 2008.
