On April 8, 2020, LANIT announced that Consist Business Group has completed the next stage of the global program to create a unified centralized financial management system in Kaspersky Lab offices around the world. The system, previously implemented in the divisions of France, Italy, Great Britain, Germany and Switzerland, was replicated to China and Singapore. The project is based on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform.

During the project, a single management chart of accounts was implemented, taking into account the requirements and regulations. In Singapore, the implementation was carried out in a short time in accordance with the customer's requirements.

In China, the project included the automation of the head office in Beijing and branches (Shanghai, Tianjin) with the formation of reporting for both consolidated and for each structural unit. The implementation was carried out taking into account the Chinese specifics and all local accounting requirements determined by local legislation. At the same time, the solution allows you to implement the requirements for each country, without affecting the work of offices in other states.

Microsoft Dynamics AX covers a wide range of business processes: accounting and tax accounting, settlements with suppliers and customers, and the formation of local regulated and internal management reporting.

Together with Consyst Business Group, we successfully completed another stage of standardization and centralization of financial processes of foreign offices of Kaspersky Lab. The system covers settlements with suppliers and integration with the corporate procurement management system, settlements with clients and integration with the corporate sales management system, accounting and tax accounting, and the formation of local regulated and internal management reports.

The project was carried out by the Russian consulting group "Consist Business Group," which provides services for the creation and support of information management systems in the Russian and foreign markets. The project was completed within fifteen months. Users of the system are about 30 employees of financial departments in the offices of Kaspersky Lab in the UK and Germany.
