Kh5 has developed for 426 thousand employees a mobile application "Sphere" with a built-in AI-assistant, which will allow solving up to 90% of requests without the participation of HR specialists. This was Kh5 reported on September 11, 20025.

Kh5 launched a universal human resources platform that combined over 50 HR systems, four HR applications and about 250 processes. The application is launched for all employees from 18 different businesses - from a store cashier and warehouse operator to a top manager. "Sphere" is available not only in the traditional web version, but also in mobile - for iOS and Android. Special attention was paid to an intuitive interface so that users could understand the operation of services without instructions.

Every sixth employee of the company logs into the application daily. It allows you to solve emerging problems more efficiently and easier: monitor payments and charges, plan and transfer, holiday order the necessary certificates, load sick leave, book places in the office, sign electronic signature the necessary documents with the help of, etc. The application integrates a news feed, a corporate " educational Marketplace Polk," a referral program, where each employee can recommend a candidate for an open position and then receive a reward if his applicant successfully passes the probation period. A service is available for store staff, where they build their own schedule and, if desired, take additional work shifts. Additional features in the Kh5 Space are added almost weekly.

With questions on HR topics (and not only), you can turn to the AI assistant built into the application. The internal neural network has already processed more than 70 thousand requests from employees, which significantly reduced the burden on HR specialists.

User profiles include an internal resume that contains a full description of their experience with the company, an indication of the city of work, core professional skills, achievements and rewards. This allows you not only to systematize important information about employees, but also facilitates interaction within the Kh5, helping to quickly find the right colleagues in competencies.

In addition, the profile is created on the principle of personal pages in, social networks which helps to form an internal corporate community. You can publish information about your hobbies and preferences, for example, talk about your favorite musical artists or your favorite form, sport as well as share personal details such as photos of pets or a zodiac sign, and even set emoji status. The information is available exclusively to internal users.

The main page is assembled from widgets for each specialist personally, depending on the business in which he works, his position, commands, tasks, etc. The reception of new employees now also goes with the help of the "Sphere" - a separate block is formed in the application for this. At this stage, it includes the candidate's personal account - a link to it is sent when responding to any Kh5 vacancy. You can fill out the questionnaire yourself or download the latest data s. Public services The transfer personal data goes through a secure channel communications and with the obligatory consent of the candidate. Kh5 Group was the first among retailers to receive permission from the Ministry of Digital Development (integration UIAS Unified Identification System and), which authentications significantly reduced the hiring time.

2024: Completion of the replication of the application "Automated workplace of an employee of the quality control department" at the X5 Import hubs

X5 Group has completed the circulation of the mobile application "Automated workplace of an employee of the quality control department" at all logistics hubs X5 Import. The solution is an in-house development of X5 Tech, an IT company within the group. This tool greatly simplifies and speeds up the quality control processes of Kh5 goods imported into retail chains. The Kh5 Group announced this on January 29, 2025.

With this application, hub employees no longer spend time moving around the warehouse and duplicating data in different systems. They enter the results of the scan immediately into the application, which automatically generates the report and sends it to interested specialists. This process ensures faster acceptance of goods, detection of products of inappropriate quality and making a decision to block the supply if necessary. Thanks to integration with several systems, the application provides functions for different types of inspections - from the initial inspection of the quality of goods when receiving from a vehicle, receiving pallets after unloading to the inspection of effluents. This optimization significantly speeds up work and reduces the likelihood of errors, increasing the level of service (Service Level) and the quality of supplies.

Given working conditions in a warehouse where devices can be hit or dropped, the app has been adapted for durable tablets. The development process was organized in a series of two-week sprints, and MVP testing began three months after the start of the project. This hybrid approach with parallel piloting and development made it possible to actively take into account the feedback from employees working with the application and quickly adapt the functions to the real tasks and working conditions at the logistics hubs of Kh5 Import.

As of January 2025, all inspections of supplies for the quality of fruits and vegetables are carried out using a mobile application. Thanks to the implemented solution, the inspection time for products was reduced by 67%.

The company's immediate plans include the circulation of a mobile application to the distribution centers of the Perekrestok retail network.

With the launch of an automated workplace, hub employees received a convenient and intuitive solution that does not require long training. The transition to this system made it possible to significantly reduce the time spent on each check and avoid errors in the formation of reports, which previously took a significant amount of working time. This is an important step in optimizing the work of the quality department, which will allow you to transfer information about products of inappropriate quality in time to all necessary departments.
