2016: "Summer: ESUO" in the territory of Riviera shopping Center and Zelenopark shopping Center

The LETA Engineering company announced in April, 2016 implementation of two electronic management systems for queue in children's banks of the Kidburg project in the territory of Riviera shopping Center and Zelenopark shopping Center. Solutions are custom-made VTB 24 (PJSC) Bank.

As a result of 2 nurseries of bank of Kidburg received the customized structure of elements of a system optimized under the client's task – the touch terminal for obtaining coupons with sequence number, the main information display with information output about a status of an electronic queue and panels of operators for the visitor's call – compact mini-PCs with touch displays. The electronic management system for queue for children includes basic functionality: services for little clients – "receive money", and for operators – "invite the following visitor". Besides, considering features of behavior of users, all elements of a system were selected with a condition of the maximum wear resistance and also reliability in respect of fastening.

2015: VTB 24 ordered ESUO for Kidburg

On June 1, 2015 the LETA Engineering company announced implementation of an electronic management system for queue in children's bank in the territory of "The central Children's Shop on Lubyanka". The project is custom-made VTB 24 bank for the children's city of professions Kidburg.

Project Results

The organization of an electronic queue in children's bank required the specialized solution focused only on children. As a result bank department of Kidburg received the structure of elements of a system optimized under the client's task – the terminal of the choice of services and printing of coupons, the main information display with information output about a status of an electronic queue and panels for three operators and also basic functionality: the service for clients – "issue of money" and two available transactions for operators – "causes the following" and "complete service".

Considering the system designation - users children, in development process of the project the decision to refuse equipment of jobs of operators computers is made. Instead of them used touch tablets with the preset software of "Smart Display" which provides to the operator access to the working system interface.

The application is intended for work from portable devices with web software components of a product line of Smart Solution and also with web applications of the partner companies. Anti-vandal casings which reliably fixed devices in workplaces were also applied to protection of panels of operators against excessive children's curiosity.
