"The Krasnodar edge clinical hospital No. 1" completed upgrade of a system of personal data protection of patients

On June 29, 2015 the Softline company announced upgrade of a system of personal data protection of patients by request of the Krasnodar edge clinical hospital No. 1.

Project Tasks

In information systems of hospital confidential information of patients is processed, the data necessary for personnel are stored in daily work. Due to the expansion of structure of technical means of information processing, there was a need for upgrade of the systems of personal data protection and to their reduction in compliance with the Russian legislation.

As a result of tender, as the contractor selected Softline company.

Project Progress

In the project progress the staff of integrator booked audit of the IT system, its subsequent optimization on the basis of solutions of Code of Security company.

Specialists of the contractor implemented the solution iTMan Inventory intended for accounting and inventory of IT assets. One of its basic functions - control of license compliance of the software products used in IT systems. iTMan automatically compares the number of the installed programs to the number of the saved licenses that allows to automate administration of resources and also to predict and control expenses on their maintenance.

The customer's IT specialists will be able independently to book further audit of infrastructure and to control critical changes.

At the final stage of works experts of Softline provided to IT specialists of medical institution advice in questions of operation of software and hardware tools. Organizational and administrative documentation is developed, the certification documents confirming compliance of information systems of hospital to requirements of the state regulators in the field of information security are prepared.

Project Results

"Upgrade of a system of personal data protection of the customer which included implementation of software and hardware tools and development of a necessary set of accompanying and certification documentation became result of the done work. Besides, the implemented technology of automation of administration and status monitoring of resources in the future will allow hospital to reduce the cost of ownership of IT infrastructure", - Dmitry Minakov, the manager on sale of solutions of Softline company in Krasnodar told.
