LLK-International LLC, affiliated enterprise PJSC Lukoil, continues to automate sales representatives of dealer network, implementing IT solutions of group CDC on the OPTIMUM platform.
Process of automation of dealers of the leader of the Russian market of lubricants began in 2011. At the end of the second quarter 2015 the total quantity of the automated sales representatives totaled 300 people - it is mobile personnel of 50 dealer companies. Solutions CDC are integrated with the different accounting systems installed at dealers among whom there are configurations of 1C of the 7th and 8th versions and also Papyrus, BEST 4+, self-written accounting programs.
In dealer network of LLK-International LLC the Optimum ACSMT (Automated Control System for Mobile Trade) and the Optimum of GIS (Geographic information system) are implemented; such business processes as collecting of orders (pre selling), merchandising, GPS monitoring of employees in fields, remote control are automated by teams of sales agents. Sales representatives are equipped with tablets using which they take orders in outlets, take off data on distribution and remaining balance of products and also keep account on other indicators. By transfer of reports of dealers in head office the technology of replication of data which provides the protected authorized information exchange on communication lines of different quality is used (including on switched networks with a speed of 9.6 Kbps).
The management of LLK-International LLC quickly monitors execution of standards of work of dealers, daily obtains up-to-date information on stock balance, complete reports of sales, controls processes of motivation and a bonusirovaniye, supervises holding actions (both dealer, and client).
In the short term the LLK-International LLC company is going to start in work mobile application of OPTIMUM the Supervisor. It will become the main instrument of daily work of the area managers who are responsible for control of work of mobile employees of dealers accountable to them.
