Lamoda begins implementation of KEDO from VK Tech

2025: Launch of VK HR Tek

Lamoda began implementing the HR electronic document management systemVK HR Tek. The project will cover all employees of the company. VK (formerly Mail.ru Group) announced this on February 24, 2025.

Lamoda chose the cloud version of the VK HR Tek. The main selection criteria were the functionality of the solution, its optimal cost and support for VK Tech at all stages of work.

Personnel processes such as preboarding, hiring, vacation schedule and registration of various types of absences, transfers, layoffs and much more have already been digitized. As of February 2025, the system employs 1,200 specialists from the company's central office. The full transition to CEDO for all Lamoda employees is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
