Now Live Arena can independently sell tickets for the events held without involving external partners. The Skolkovo Foundation announced this on April 28, 2025.

The Arenamaster ticket system will help the Live Arena significantly save on transaction costs when selling tickets, but most importantly, it will help to obtain more data about buyers and their behavior in order to meet the expectations of guests and spectators of the Live Arena. said Alexander Yakovlev, CEO of Arenamaster.

The company has already introduced the Arenamaster: Client Service portal in the arena, which opens up opportunities for the viewer to have a comfortable pastime at the Live Arena. It integrates the "single basket" function, which allows you to simultaneously buy not only a ticket, but also order food, parking, choose souvenirs, save time with the "express entry" service and then pay all this with one payment. The viewer sees all the purchases in his own personal account on the livearena.ru portal, which was also developed by Arenamaster specialists.

All IT solutions are in-house developed by Arenamaster, and an importo-independent technology stack is used in the development.
