BFT-Holding has introduced a Data Showcase MPSC of the Moscow Region

2022: Creating a "Data Showcase"

On May 19, 2022, BFT-Holding completed a project to create the MPSC Data Showcase for the Moscow Region Ministry of State Administration. Thanks to this project, residents of the region will be able to see statements previously addressed to the MPSC through the personal account of the State Public services portal. Applicants also do not have to come to the MPSC once again to provide the originals of the documents - all the necessary data will be digitized and verified upon their initial submission to the MPSC.

With the help of the "Data Showcase" in the MPSC of the Moscow Region, the provisions of Resolution No. 1818 of October 25, 2021 will be implemented in practice. In particular, it will be possible to issue electronic duplicates of documents certified by the electronic signature of the MPSC employee for subsequent placement in the personal account on the State Public services portal.

This project has become a serious breakthrough in solving an important strategic task - the transfer to the online mode of the process of providing state and municipal services. Earlier, a citizen who submitted an application through the State Public services portal, when providing some services, had to additionally visit the MPSC to provide the original documents. Thanks to the data mart technologies implemented in the project, this problem will be solved. It will be enough for the applicant to provide the original document once to the MPSC, where employees will digitize it and certify it with an enhanced qualified electronic signature. The resulting electronic duplicate users will be able to attach to all subsequent applications. The only limitation is the validity period of the original document. Thus, there will be no difference for citizens how the application was submitted - through the MPSC or the State Public services portal, commented Natalia Zeitenidi, First Deputy General Director of BFT-Holding.

According to the Decree Governments of 25.10.2021 No. 1818 "On certain issues related to electronic duplicates of documents and, information certified by an enhanced qualified electronic signature of an authorized official multifunctional center of the provision of state and municipal services "in the list of documents, for which electronic duplicates will be created, will include certificates of the registry office,, military ticket documents confirming the right to receive social support, income information, various medical certificates, documents about education and qualifications, and other important documents.

Already in May 2022, the Data Showcase is available for 10 MFC branches Moscow region in urban districts: Bronnitsy,,, Dmitrov,, Dolgoprudny Dubna Yegoryevsk Pushkin (), Ivanteyevka Shatura Fryazino, Shakhovskaya and. As Shchyolkovo part of the implementation of BFT-Holding, a pilot service has also been set up - "Registration of a citizen at the place of stay in a residential building." The range of services will be expanded, and citizens of the Moscow region will be able to actively use these opportunities to receive a number of state and municipal services.
